I switched my sterring column in my grand caravan from a 1990 to a 1992 column. I had high low beams since I installed it last year and then all of a sudden I have no low beam just high beam. I changed the bulbs to the hids 4 months ago and the low high beams still worked they just all of a sudden stopped working on low beam. checked bulbs they are ok checked checked fuses they are ok. my high beam lows work on the same lever as turn signals. I am usually pretty good at fixing my own problems but I am lost for what to do next. I was going to change the whole assemble but seems like a big step if I dont need to any advise out there would be appreciated.

Re: No low beams had them now dont
I would be careful ,I have heard of people melting the light sockets because those burn hotter and draw more juice , just something to check if they crap out again in the future . I already think something happened as the possibility of having 2 front headlights burn out at the same time is pretty remote .
