I had my keypad reprogrammed

When I got my 95 Eddie ,used, I didnt know code for entry either. I asked a buddy of mine if he knew anything and he said sure. He didnt let me watch totally or tell me exactly what he did but in a few minutes he had put in a "new" code (33333) that works just fine. Maybe this is something that is a trade secret or for security purposes of not making public??

Re: I had my keypad reprogrammed

Did he do anything inside the truck, or just do it all from the keypad? If he did something inside the truck, then he probably just found the code on the sticker affixed to the keyless module. If he did it all from the keypad, then he either knew the previous code or he knows of a bypass (which I've never heard of before). If the original code is known, you can then program in a user code, but the original will always remain.

I'm not sure if the '95 module worked like the earlier systems, but it used to be the factory code was hardwired in based on which through hole the resistor was soldered to. If you wanted to change the factory code, then you could open the module and solder one lead of the resistor to a different location. There was a programming resistor for each of the 5 code digits.

You can also grab the code on newer Fords from the OBD-II system, not sure if Ford also tied that info in for the '95 model year OBD system. Additionally, if he were to pull the keyless module, he could have soldered some resistors around and set a new factory default code.
