+20 HP adds on ebay real?
Hey I was looking around on Ebay and theres many adds for these so called ECU chip upgrades or something that adds 20 HP. Is this stuff crap? considering the average price was between $4.99-$5.99. Looks completely fake but it says garunteed to make ur car go faster. looks like crap, but is it?

On a stock car they will not add any horsepower and could end up making it run worse
