Re: Rx-7 C-west

Great looking build man. That paint is just stunning. The only thing that I can see to complain about is the fitment of the headlight lenses. They seem to be not sitting real flush.... Other then that this is a great build.

Re: Rx-7 C-west

Nice...

BUT I see you have discovered the limitations of the Aoshima FD3s Rx7
Having built many, the first few had the rear wheel issue.
With a bit of lowering they look much better.

Russ.

Re: Rx-7 C-west

I have to agree.... The paint looks absolutely amazing! Very nicely done! The c/f looks great too. But the headlight lenses aren't really fitting on there properly and the rear wheels have quite a bit of positive camber going on. If you can fix those two issue's, it'll look amazing. Although you wouldn't really be able to fix the side skirts at this stage. I'm thinking these are all issues with the fitment of the kit itself.

I just think the chassis part doesn´t sit in the clips inside the bodyshell, they are bad to see at assembly.

Great paint job!
I started to show my work with this kit, too.
