98 running really rough
98 4.3 liter running very rough. replaced fuel pump, broke tank vent; replaced broken tank vent. replaced spark plugs. blows a lot of hydrocarbons and unburned fuel. seems like its choking itself out. could it possibly be an oxygen sensor?

What is the fuel pressure now?
Any codes or check engine lights? Any missfire? How is the egr valve?
