Retarded Timing 95 Intrepid

Hey all,

The upper wiring harnes fried on my intrepid causing some injectors to short out. I replaced the harnes, injectors, and cam sensor. Now the car will only start if you hold it wide open and it's real slugish. It seems to me like the timing is retarded. What would casue this?

I have checked the injectors and all are working.
