89 Caravan New Pump no fuel

Changed Fuel Pump worked fine for few days now no fuel again pulled pump back out and it works on bench test. Think maybe electric problem but see no fuse for pump is there a relay someplace?

fuses under dash and www.autozone.com has a pretty good collection of diagrams you should be able to get info from the site to get you on your way I would have someone turn the key on while i was under van with the wires going to the pump and be testing them to see if their is power coming back to pump most likely a fuse under the dash or on inner drvr fender well.
