1999 oldsmobile intrigue/security light
My security light on my 1999 intrigue w/3.5L recently came on but seems to have no ill effect on the engine, any thoughts ?

Does your security light have any affect on your car?
My car didn't start somtimes and that light went on and off then became solid I replace the ignition switch and light was gone, it also starts everytime now.
