Proscan OBDII system

I saw a post here referencing this system. Opinions? I like the bluetooth version. I want to run fairly regular scans and get a feel for the normal operation of my car before engine lights come on so this might be the perfect solution as apposed to dragging a cable out of the garage all the time. I don't have a laptop for it but do have several older PC's in the boneyard that could suffice for a dedicated system in the garage.
