radiator

wondering how hard it is to fill a new radiator on
99 ga se v-6 do you just fill in the reservoir or
how do you do it?? had to replace the old one...

What you think? lol ya its the res. it will drink it (Don't use pink antifreeze)(Gasket Muncher)

If its reused rad from wreaker use brakeclean and spray in tranny cooler line inputs on rad and chase out with air. might just save your tranny

You can also pour alot through the upper radiator hose to partialy fill the rad. Other wise it is timely to fill via the resivoir.
You will probly need to purge the cooling system.
Bleeder is on top of th ewater pump housing, brass fittings nortoriously prone to break off.
Might spray a little lube around the fittings threads.

it is a dealer part, but you can find simular fittings at a hardware that carries brass fittings.

thanks for the help guys guess ill be fine
tomm.do you purge it while its running??
im guessing you would or theres no pressure.
i`ll for sure clean the tranny line..just changed
tranny fluid and filter royal purple was exspensive
but worth it i think.thanks again
