Trans Sport 1994 AC/Heater blower????

Hi there,

My trans Sport's AC and Heater blower won't work properly...
Either cold or heat will do the same thing. I set the heater on and the blower blasts fine, it cools or warms the car properly; however, the air –while the car is idling in a traffic light, for instance– will come out from the very small vents, not from the regular vents...The air will come out from the regular vents until the car reaches let's say 30-35 miles per hour (the sound of the blower kind of changes too) or the car accelerates, if I don't give gas to it, and the revs go down, it'll send the air trough the very small vents at the sides of the dashboard (I think that these vents are for when the defroster is on).
Can somebody help me???

Thank you much!!!

Vacuum actuators move the traps that direct the air where you want it..well it should. THe condition you describe seems due to a loss of vacuum: pinched or cracked hose in that system, or one of actuator bellows/diaphragm failed.
The set of vacuum solenoid is under glove box, bottom left in photo below:.

For a start, first check if all hoses are properly plugged....and proceed from there. Check all vacuum connections, power brake, etc.
