Complete tune-up...

Ok, so when i get a day of free time, im doing a complete "tune-up." Spark plugs/wires, tranny fluid, oil, timing belt/water pump, coolant, tire rotation, etc..... Any one got any idea of how much time i should anticipate for all this.....I am sorta mechanically inclined, just any tips or anything could help

Re: Complete tune-up...

tire rotation..nascar style..15 secs..
plugs and wires maay take you 15 mins..just remember what went where lol..
coolant, oil, and tranny fluid..thatll take a while just have them draining whilst youre workin on other stuff..
the biggest fun will probly be the timing belt and water pump..

if youre havin someone work with you itll be a lot more productive than by yourself..everyone needs a tool bitch..

ThiRteeN, this forum does not use that kind of languge!!!
Please follow our rules!

Timing belt - 10 hours,
Transmission fluid - 30 minutes
Oil -30 minutes
Tires - 15 minutes
Fuel filter - never done it but probably another 30 minutes.

I am curious how much time you will spend.

Please report back,

Sam
