Replace bad battery CEL on codes are.....

I was haveing some staring problem checked the battery and it failed a load test. After I replaced the battery, (there was none hooked up for a good few hours) and started the car the CEL was on. Autozone pulled codes P0500 SPEED SENSOR, P0335 CRANKSHAFT POSITON SENSOR 'A' AND P0325 KNOCK SENSOR 1...

No lights were on before the battery was changed,

Any suggestions???

Thanks
