Exclamation D16A1 Into a 91 Si Hatchback - Need Help!!

Ok so i got the thing in, it turned over ran rough for a sec then died. I heard this swap was just plug and play. Well I got most of everything hooked up to the best of my knowledge. There are two harnesses that do not match on the driver side by the firewall. One plug comes from the harness coming from the fuel injectors and is a rectangle 6 prong plug and the othe comes from the firewall on the driverside which is a circular 8 prong plug. Do they need to be spliced or whats going on with them? Also im having problems with the vacuum lines. not sure what goes where. the only ones i dont have hooked up are the two larger L shaped one that come out from the back of the intake manifold. My ECU is throwing 4 codes 1. Code 6-ECT-Water Temp Sensor 2. Code 10-IAT-Intake Air Temp
3. Code 9- #1 Cylinder Position And 4. Code 16- Fuel Injectors.
Keep in mind im not very car savy. This is the first time Ive ever done this kinda thing. Any help would be much appriciated.

This is where Im at so far

Good closer view

These are the harnesses i was talking about

And this is one of the lines on the back of the intake manifold

This is my 91 Si which the motor just went into.

This is my donor car which the D16A1 came out of.

Well after a lot of cursing and screaming I somehow managed to drop it in with a hoist by myself. The only problem with getting it in is the mount on the driver side had to be modified and still it sits kinda high.

What engine harness are you using? the D16A1 or the one that was in your car?

Also if you have to ask why i did this swap its because i had no other choice, simply put. My stock si engine threw a rod and blew a hole in my block. Its ok though because the engine had over 300,000+ miles on it. Plus Ive had the same car for the past 7 years now so it means a lot to me. Just in case you all were wondering.

Doesn't make sense to me why you don't have the big round plug on the left side, considering its a main plug(has your fuel injectors on it). Seems like you just have a wiring issue somewhere...I had some wiring problems and had a ton of codes because of it...was also because my IAT sensor was bad too.

Re: D16A1 Into a 91 Si Hatchback - Need Help!!

Here are the plugs that dont match. Now there were 2 plugs that came from the injectors on the harness. One plugs to the, i think its the resistor(the silver thing down at the bottom right of the pic) and thats pluged in. But now im stuck with these two

And here are the line that i have no idea where they go

Where would the IAT sensor be located?

On the manifold, usually the backside or drivers side of it. It's screwed into the manifold with two screws and just a single 2-pin round plug sticks out. You can plug those nipples on the manifold. And if your using the stock factory SI harness, and they both came from your car..why in bloody hell dont they match after you took em apart.
