Problem with 94 GMC Jimmy Wippers

Hi:

Can anyone help me with this. The wippers stopped. When I turn the switch i get nothing. I tried replacing the wipper motor still nothing. Is it possible that the wipper switch be defective? I am going to go to a junk yard to get the moter and circuit board. I not sure this will correct the problem though.

Is the motor getting 12 volts to it
Have you checked fuse?
Most wiper problems is a short or broken solder joint in the circuit board.

Same thing happened to me - it was the circuit board.

There's a recall on this for certain models. Check with your dealer.
