should i tune a 98 honda integra dc1, sohc, non vtec, zc engine
Hi all you honda lovers. I bought a DC1 there last year. I know I should've got a Dc2 R. but at that time it was my first car.
Anyways now that i have some cash i was thinking of tuning this car. its a ZC engine, SOHC, non vtec... First question, should i even consider in tuning it? Second question, if i can tune it, what can i do to it? and will it be safe, i.e. will the engine blow up if i put a turbo in it? please hit me back at this thread or [email protected] cheers lads and lass.... You can turbo any internal combustion engine and people have boosted ZC's before.
As for OBD0 tuning programs, there are great things such as TurboEdit and Zdyne out there. They are old as hell but will work.

id say you swap that motor for a DOHC VTEC B series motor, if not some boost to that motor will meet your needs such as a turbo, jackson supercharger
