Dash Light or Instrument Panel Light

Hello,
Back again! Hope everyone is doing well. I've a 1996 Grand Prix SE 3.1. All of my lights are working except the one for the heater/air condition controls. . Is there a different light bulb within the instrument panel for these controls? If so, is it difficult to get to and or do I have to remove the instrument panel to access it. I sure hope not. I don't have any light in this area for some reason or another. I just recently de-activated the daytime running lights. Hopefully, this isn't the reason why. I would appreciate any assistance in regards to this particular issue. Thanks in advance! Happy Holidays!
