03 Exp - Slow acceleration & shifting

Recently I noticed that the acceleration is sluggish on my Expedition. Also, if I mash down the accelerator, I hear a strange noise but get no acceleration.

I also have a check engine light with the following OBD codes:

P0300 - Random misfire
P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
P0430 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
P0174 - System Too Lean (Bank 2)

This is an 03 Expedition 5.4L and 106K miles.

Anyone have an idea what the problem might be?
