i have 95 eagle talon and i need a website that i can use to see wat restrictions i can take off.

Want to be a little more specific? What restrictions? Speed, rpms? There are a few free/cheap mods you can do with these cars. What model do you have?

No Harry, your car didn't top out at 147 mph today, and no you don't need one of those, no wait....don't make it two, and no Harry, you don't need it by tonight.
Search dude. Your car will not go 200+ mph by just "removing the governor", nor will you smoke vettes because you "hacked the air box". Read, read, and then read some more. Making a car fast takes money and time, sometimes lots of both.
