[ cig ] fuse blown.

yes i know, simple solution right?
get a new fuse.

but the problem is i put a new fuse in, and the second i insert the lighter part into the socket i can instantly hear the fuse pop.

and yes i'm using 15 fuse for a 99'.

somethings wrong with the lighter itself, to verify this, just borrow one from another car real quick and try it out
