95 PA Alarm problem
I just bought a 95 PA and I had the alarm system go off on me. of course I hadn't done my homework by reading the owners manual so I just disconnected all four horns and then found out all I had to do is use the key fob to stop the alarm system. Well now after I re-connected the all the horns up they don't work. Any Ideas?

Re: 95 PA Alarm problem
I also have issues with my 95 P.A. horn, and have been working on and researching their operation.
I suspect the issue with yours is either the 25 amp fuse located inside the car on the right side of the passenger kick panel, which is accessed by removing the 3 screws in the lower right hand under dash access cover. The fuse is located toward the engine side of the fuse panel, and the second from the bottom I believe. The second problem area could be the horn relay, which is in the engine compartment, on the left side of the firewall. It is hidden behind a long plastic cover secured by 2 wing nuts. I do not have specifics on the exact location, but searching on the 95 P.A horn relay should get you there. I swapped mine with the A/C relay which is identical. ![]() Good Luck, Ken |
