Twilight Sentinel does nothing
I have a 95 wagon that has the twilight sentinel option. When it is enabled, nothing happens, the only thing I noticed is when you turn it from off to on, there is a click from the passenger side somewhere, but no lights come on.

The control module for the lights is located behind the pass. kick panel. Just remove it and you will see a small white box. That is the module. Try your local salvage yard or post on the "Impala SS Forum" There are a lot of us wagon guys there and you should be able to find a module very easily.
