88 Ramcharger Lights Problem

Alright everyone, i could really use your help. I rebuilt by 88 ramcharger after a car accident and now the only thing keeping it off the streets is the fact that the headlights and front turn signals don't come on. On my dash the left turn signal flashes but the right one doesn't, however, the high beam indicator flashes for the right turn signal. I now have front parking lights but still no headlights. And if my lights are on, none of the turn signals will work. Anyone with any electrical experience please help! thanks guys.
