Airbag, brake lights on !!! Help please!!!

My 1998 dodge neon Airbag and Brake lights on this morning. Please help me to get the idea how serious the problem is. Please see here (neon threads) for details: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...53#post5015253

Very often the ignition switch fails and it does not power up all the circuits. Often these lights (including the airbag light) will come on when the sytems are not fully engaged. It sounms like a bad ignition switch to me, but certainly without testing it, it's impossible to tell. This is not the key part, but the elctrical portion inside the covers
