Need help removing cam gear from 92 V6

I have a 92 pickup with a V6. In the manual, they mention a special tool you need to remove the cam gear. Is there any way you can remove the cam gear without the special tool? If not, what is the special tool?

Had the same problem man! I really recomend going and buying a chain wrench!!! We struggled with that bolt for days hahaha. Hold the cam gear with the chain wrench and break it with a torque wrench. Save your nuckles and tools! We destroyed 5 tools before we got the chain wrench and popped it right off.
