11" slotted rotors with 4x100 bolt pattern.

There is probably a simple, easily found, straightforward solution to my query, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I recently added Integra rear disk brakes to my 96 coupe and the next step is to use the Integra calipers for the front, and using a Fastbrakes caliper bracket, fit them over 11" rotors. Because of a pretty pathetic brain fart, I had just planned on hunting down some replacement, slotted Integra R rotors. Whoops! Those aren't 4 lug. So my question is, who makes some reasonably priced, 11", slotted rotors for a 4x100 bolt pattern with the correct offset so I can use them on my Civic with Integra brakes?

Thanks.

I think Wilwood makes 11" stuff.
