Replacement keyless remote?
Looking to get new remotes, the old ones are getting worn and broken. I've found links to replacements ones, but they look pretty clunky. Is it possible to get a key combo remote (where the key and remote are one piece) or something similar and put the blazer in program mode to accept the new remotes? Or does it accept only a set frequency range that the replacement remotes broadcast in and none of the others ones do?
Would like to get a nicer remote that doesn't have a chain to the keys, the attachment piece keeps breaking off on my old ones. ![]() Thanks |

Re: Replacement keyless remote?
you can buy the replacement factory remotes on ebay for about $30. no other options for keyless entry remotes unless you install an aftermarket alarm. if you buy replacement factory remotes, do a search in this forum for keyless entry and you will find the programing instructions.
