Emissions

Hi, anyone here?

I have a 1990 820e (single point injection) which is worth £*&! all now but is a wonderful drive and I would dearly like to keep it running.

A control unit is not responding to efforts to reduce the emissions (CO levels) and I would like to know which unit it is likely to be, where it is situated and a part number would be just great.

Any help would be appreciated
