PA 1999 -Incorrect temperature Display

The dash temperature display for outside temp is incorrect. However, during INTERNAL temp setting for heat/cold the display looks correct

Its not a Faranheit/Centigrade problem.

Anyone with similar problem or solved problem like this one.

Cool Re: PA 1999 -Incorrect temperature Display

You have a problem with the external temp sensor located in the front grill, between the grill & radiator. 'Standard Parts' (brand) makes a replacement # AX27. Cost about 15 bucks ay Advanced/Parts America. It looks like this:

Thanks so much for the input for resolve the outside temperature problem with my 1999 PA.

Bought the original part at a local dealer and installed it and now my readings are correct.
