Keep Fluiding Out!!!
1993 Chevy S10 Blazer, 137,000 miles. Has a new fuelfilter, spark plugs, wires, oil change a new gasoline regulator on an old Spider, new T.P.S. Starts but blows black smoke out the exhaust and cuts out and dies, new spark plugs keep getting gas on them.

First check fuel pressure and check for bleed down of pressure. it should not bleed down and should hold proper pressure. If that checks out, get a scanenr on it and see what is happening, if there are any stored codes etc, etc.

There is a fuel line that supplies fuel to the CPI(spider) and one that returns un-needed fuel from CPI back to the fuel tank and one or both are likely cracked and spraying gasoline inside the intake plenum...they are called a Nut Kit by GM...it's available at most chain type auto parts stores in the HELP section, here's more info.
