1992 trans sport won't start....

i have narrowed it down to the fuel , (or the lack of)
it has spark ,pulled plug wires checked & had spark ,
pulled line off fuel filter and cranked it over , no gas
came out of the line , i have checked the fuses and
relays in the cab(glove box area), i have found a group of
four relays in the engine bay, up front behind the headlight (passenger side)
do any of these have anything to do with the fuel ?
part number on the relays are #14103304 any help
would be appreciated and hopefully i won't have to drop the tank
and change the fuel pump, oh the van ran fine up to the point
when it would not start,

YOU did not specify engine type so here are both:

you can switch relays one for the other for testing.
