01 Impala Cluster Replace
I'm trying to replace a cluster on my base model 01 Impala (non-police). If I get a cluster that has a tach, will the cluster work with the base Impala? Also if I get a cluster from a police Impala (which isn't any different besides the fact that it goes up to 140mph), will that cause any problems? Any help would be great. Thanks!

Send an email with your questions to [email protected]. He rebuilds and modifies clusters, and will be able to tell you anything you need to know. Not all clusters will work with all Impalas, even though they will fit and plug in. Also, the mileage is stored in the cluster, so that will have to be changed.
