window stuck

so basically my window switch on the driver side broke and when i finally got the part in two weeks later, i plugged it in and nothing. the switch isn't broken because it still controls the passenger side but the driver side window seems stuck. does this sound like a wiring thing or a motor thing. i replaced the window motor one year ago. do you think that the motor went. i'm going to go get a new one and put it in since its lifetime warranty but i just don't want to waste two hours if i don't have to. what do ya'll think.

Re: window stuck

Unfortunately, the only way to solve this one is get in there and do some sluething. Could be a el cheapo motor, wringin harness connector not secured, shaffed wire, you won't know til you're there.
