AC how to check relay 204

My A/C hasn't been working for sometime now, i finally got the time money to check all that i wanted!

I found that the A/C cluch relay seem defect, what i did:

- A/C fuse is OK
- Check the relay with an ohmeter and at the coil/resistor, got an open reading

My ohmeter goes up to 20M scale and i dought that the coil/resistor is more than 20M

So could anyone confirm to me that the relay is bad!

My relay was bad, the impedance at coil of the new relay is about 87 ohm, but still a no go for my A/C, so i guess i will have to wait till summer again to check it out.

just wanted to share the info about the relay.
