Blazer Won't Start
Okay... My 92 started running sluggish a few days ago, my hubby changed the dist cap, plugs, all that general stuff. Everything looked fine.. I took it for a test drive and it stalled on me. It would start, I would creep along for a bit, then it would die on me.. And finally it died alltogether. I saw white smoke coming from my exhaust before that happened. I am going through the antifreeze overflow like crazy.. Can't see any visible leaks. Fuel pump is turning on but my poor truck just isn't starting. I pulled the oil dipstick out and it kinda smells like gas :0(... It has 146,000 miles on and I have really had no problems with it until now. Any ideas/comments/etc.... Do you think it may be the head gasket?....Engine gone?

Re: Blazer Won't Start
There might be two problems here. Check fuel pressure first, should be 9 to 13psi at the pressure test port, (next to the injector).

Re: Blazer Won't Start
The white smoke is probably where the coolant went. These are known for the intake gaskets leaking into the cylinder head in the corners.
