Revell Mercedes A-Class

A great little kit except for fitment of the glass, and weak decals. I really liked how the interior was molded. Its painted Tamiya TS-40 Metallic Black with a custom-mixed Mercedes Designo Bordeaux interior. The Bordeaux may be a little too light and pink, but it gets the point across.

Regarding weak decals, I hate Revell decals! While they may be thin, they do not stand up to clear coat!!!!!!!! (Tamiya TS-13). Even when overcoated with very thin coats and proper drying time, I still find that Revell decals curl and shrink up.

Re: Revell Mercedes A-Class

First thoughts are....it look cute

Nice shine to the paintwork and looks like a cleanly executed build. Nice work.
