Windows automatic function disabled after power was disconnected
I am moving this thread from another forum.
Hopefuly I get answer here. My son and I disconnected power and attempted to replace his cabin filter. Did not have right tools. Put the glove box back. Connected battery cables back. Entered code for the radio. Now the driver side window does not have this second click that automatically lowers the window. It does not automaticlly go up either. Should this feature be programmed somehow or this is just a coincidence Sam

Re: Windows automatic function disabled after power was disconnected
Try rolling the window all the way down and continue to hold the switch in the down position for more than 2 seconds.

Re: Windows automatic function disabled after power was disconnected
Thanks, copytech99!
My son just called me and said that everything was back to normal. I do not know all the details. He could have held it for 2 seconds like you said. The bottom line: it works!!! Sam
