1990 Ford F-150 4WD Starting Problem HELP!
I have a 1990 Ford F-150. I changed the waterpump, and gaskets. Exhaust system, plugs, wires, cap, button. Truck cranked and run fine. I go to turn it on again and it won't start. I am getting spark all the way to the plugs and I am getting fuel on the rail. What else can it be? I have a relay on the driverside that is clicking, does this matter?

I also need to add there was some bad fuel put in this truck. I drained it all out of the tank up to the fuel filter. Should I also drain the fuel from the rail?? Even with starting fluid I can't get the truck to crank.
