98 lumina shifting problems

My 98 lumina has started shifting from low to high gear at low speeds.I can manually shift it and it does ok.Sometimes it idles real high when I come to stop. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to AF, a full scan with a trans function scanner to check shift solenoids and slippage errors is in order based on your description.
