PLEASE HELP! 1997 eclipse no spark after engine swap

Hello,

We have a 1997 Eclipse AWD, turbo, AUTO!, that had an engine knock. We got a used engine from a wrecking yard (from a 5 speed) and installed it. Everything hooked up fine except we had to switch the intake manifolds. Now the car has no spark! No codes are shown in the computer. Possible that crank sensor is different and not showing up on computer hook up? Needs different PCM? Any information would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks!

What year was the car that the motor came from? If it was from a 90-94, you'll need to switch around a few sensors and swap some spark plug wires.

Also why did you have to switch intake manifolds?

Are you sure it does not matter if it came from a 5 speed or an automatic?

Thanks!
