VW Beetle

That`s me again. And my new project - VW Beetle. Kit by Tamiya. I am thinking about colour. Any suggestions? I have lots of variants.

I like em chopped and painted flat black with flat red rims with Von - Dutch pin striping.

Engine and parts for it. I also made suspension lower.

I am using Tamiya enamels for painting if any body is interested

Updates..
I used Mazda miata`s Dunlop tyres for deep-dish wheels I`ve made.

Engine is on the chassis now.

and Beetle next to Karmann.

and that`s how it will look:

more progress soon.

I am lucky with VW`s. Or I just love them, because everything is going right. Anyway yet..
I`ve clearcoated the body. Now sanding with 2000+ and polishing..
