Post 2002 Cavalier Serpentine Belt Change
I've found countless articles on 2002 and earlier models, but I've got a 2004 and its completely different. The belt is only about 14" in diameter and operates 4 pulleys from what I can see (3 + tension would be my bet). Problem is that the engine is mounted so close to the sidewall that I cannot see which is the tensioner, let alone get a wrench down there to crank on it. I've looked from above and below and I am stumped. How are you supposed to change the belt on this engine?
