battery light almost always on
The battery light stays on almost all the time in my 98 Mystique. The battery is fine, I even had a new one put it and the light still stays on. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Mine is always on in my 1995. Battery is fine and alternator charges battery. One day I'll buy a code reader and find out what the prob is...
Without doubt I'm sure it'll say my alternator is in some way messed up. BTW - if you want to have fun...look at a Haynes and see what fun it is to change out an alternator on a 1996 V-6 Mystique.
