problem probe

i overheated my 2.2l probe. now it wont start. it has full compression, turns over.... lots of fire... acts lick timing, but it right on. what do i do now???

There is no easy fix for that because your head gasket probably needs replaced, better get the heads checked also.

Do you have fuel pressure? If you have full compression then I would doubt that your head gasket needs to be replaced. Is yours a 2.2 turbo or nonturbo?
How did you check your timeing? Sometimes the timeing belt looses a tooth here and there after the engine gets overheated.
First I would check the fuel pressure and injectors then make sure your timeing belt is okay and your timeing marks from the crank to cam are correct. I've seen them slip one notch and create the same problem.
If it's the GT then you may have locked up the turbo.

Hope this helps to at least get you on the right track.
