best parts that will make it quick ??

Ive got a stock 1.6 si motor, what cheap parts can i get to make it fast besides headers ?

Cheap and fast don't go together, unless you consider $1,500-2,000 cheap; for a diy turbo kit (even then I personally wouldn't consider it "fast").

haha, well i dont need it to compete but some balls when you need it, as in headers, cold air induction, twin head etc.

intake & exhaust are about it. There is no DOHC head that will swap over, if there was it'd be pointless.

There aren't a ton of options w/ the B16 engine. It doesn't respond the greatest to I/H/E so your options are simple. If you want it to be "quick" then start savin your pennies. You can make 300whp for about $3500 if you know what you're doing...check my sig

well, i meant by bolt on parts, i hear headers with a port polish and a nice intake manifold gives quite a boost ? and does an integra head swap to a B16 ?

do you have a b16 or a d16.... the b16 came in the obd2 SI's and the d16 came in the OBD1 Si's..
and a P&P isnt a "bolt on" maybe you should tell us what your budget is and youre power goals so we can better give you advice

im not sure whats in it but its a 97 si, 1.6L, ive got about 800 $ to spend on the motor

save your money....NA + Honda (unless its crazy or a K series) does not make a "fast" combo without internal work and lots of $$

He's in Canada, so he has the D16Y8, like our EX's.

you guys are humorous, but i just installed megan racing headers, and wow does it make a difference from the stock crap

I'm glad you enjoy them...for me, i couldnt deal with just putting on a header and gaining 5hp on a b16....i saved up and boosted.
