Windshield wipers and Washer wil not turn on
Recently the fuse to the heater blow next thing I know the winsheild wipers of the washer will not turn on. I dont think its the motor because it happen the same time the heater went out. Also the heater fuse keeps blowing out. I need help so that I can possibly fix the windshield wiper and washer. Any suggestions please!!!!!

This could be a tough one to figure out but it sounds like it could be a short somewhere. Just a wild thought, but on mine (never heard of anyone else having the problem) the big fat bunch of wiring leaving the underhood fuse box was improperly routed and very very close to rubbing on accessory belt which may have resulted in trouble had I not seen and had it corrected.
