97 sunfire door pin help

i have a 97 sunfire, its a 2 door and the doors are sagging now and hard to open and close. i know on the older cavaliers you could change the door pins and bushings but i was told that on these cars you had to change the whole hinge. i know that it looks like a different system than the older cavaliers. i went to napa auto parts and they sold me some of the old style pins and bushings but i dont think it will work. i told the guy about the changing of the hinge thing and he said he never heard that and they didnt sell them. what can i do to fix my doors? if anybody knows i would be very happy.

Re: 97 sunfire door pin help

whole new hinge assembly. The pins cannot be swapped out. Tell the guy at NAPA to not to sell parts if he isn't sure that they will work properly. I will not sell a part to a customer if i am not 100% sure it will work for em.
