1984 Ford Ranger Clutch

I replaced the clutch on my 1984 Ford Ranger. About 15000 miles later its slipping. Clutch slave and hydrolics seem to be working fine. I remember reading in the forum there was a problem with the clutch or clutch plate design where it would hang up. Does anyone know about this problem any help appreciated.

Re: 1984 Ford Ranger Clutch

I think you will have to pull it and do an inspection. A good clutch rebuilder can help you out. You might need a built up clutch for the way you drive.
