Re: Zippo Lighters

I had a zippo way back in 6th grade and lost it by 8th. All those "tricks" are bsically the same imo. They flip the lighter around between their fingers and flick it sometime during the process. But I guess there's only so much you can do with a Zippo trick. One of the vids had "Bang Bang" on in the background which was way cooler than the trick the guy was doing. The coolest thing I ever witnesed with a Zippo was simply flipping it open and flicking the flint all in one swift motion.

Re: Zippo Lighters

most of them are the same, some of them are kinda cool but most are just like messing around spinning a pen. the only one that i found that was kinda cool was http://www.lightertricks.com/videos/Combos/Double_WAME

for some reason, this reminds of me Val Kilmer in Tombstone when he plays with the little cup.

Re: Zippo Lighters

Yeah, he spun that sucker rather well. The only trick, if that, that I use with my Zippo is how to flick the lid open and closed.

After all, if am giving a lady a light, I want her focused more on me than a lighter. Seems the simple lid-open/close draws attention enough for me.

Re: Zippo Lighters

yeah, if you're giving a woman a light the only thing i might use is opening it and lighting it in one motion, it's the only thing that won't make you look like a tool

Re: Zippo Lighters

When I had a small zippo collection in college, I used to flick it open and spark it on my jeans in one quick fluid motion after pulling it out of my pocket.

the ladies seemed to like it...
