94 century stalling

so my 94 century basically stalls out whenever it completly warms up, when it idleing and the engine is warm it will stall .. and it starts right back up after having to put it in nuetral. i had the pcv system replaced and a new fuel filter. any suggestions?? please help!!! 3.0l v6 only has 60,000 miles

Sounds like the crank position sensor is going bad and needs replaced. This is a common problem and will not throw a light. The key here is that it stalls when warm and restarts easily. Also check the security light and see if it is coming on. If it is you may have a problem with the security system. If not the CPS is the key.
